How to remove passcode on iphone4(8gb)?

You need restore it whit itunes put in DFU mode and restore it.

yes and if there is an apple id then there is a big problem for so be carefull for restore
if you know the hactivation then ok do it

Put in DFU Mode
Hold Home + Power button for 10 seconds till the light goes off
and keep holding power button for next 15 seconds till iTunes detect your device
in restore mode.
Simply restore, and there won't be disabled screen anymore

i desperately stuck in same situation and i don't want to update it with "i tunes" will you please help me in this way. what is another solution?

Error 3194 = old firmware version.
Try to update with last one (7.1.1)
