Steps to solve the issue. 1. Use Latest Itunes 2.windows(xp/vista/7) must be uptodate including anti virus 3.Battery must be above 50 % (best way to recharge battery is put iphone in dfu mode(blank screen ) at least for an hour 4.check the data cable (prefer original cable) 5.check the usb cable 6.check the battery or replace it with good one(original) i followed these steps to solve my issue after 12 days of struggling..in my case i got the solution after updating my windows(operating system) and anti virus.
