in OS4 THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO REMOVE PASSWORD. u muste restore to 4.3.3 .

Yep there was an exploit a while back where it was possible even on iOS 4 ( Not #### + Power) but its been patched by Apple so your only choice is to restore it.

connect the phone to computer open itunes and flash it

what is the firmware of your phone if you don't know any thing about your phons software properties than you have to restore your phone with latest itune software start itune and connect your phone to pc by cable than power off your phone . Press power switch for 2 sec press home butene while holding power butene for 16 sec release power butene still hold home butene till system shows iphone detected in dfu mode now itune sow you tow switches restore and update now you can restore by presing shift+restore
