hi every one, i got one iphone 3g when i try to restor i get error 28 pls help how to solve this problem

This error is getting common together with error 2005.According to apple it s Hardware related,however,some people have managed to go beyond that error just by keeping on trying ,by changing USB port or machine or by using a Mac machine.
You can try the above or check your phone for any liquid or shock damages.
