hi i have one phone every time jailbreak with redsn0w .9.5
after jailbreak done phone have white cydia not activated

how to solve this problem

Once you jailbreak the iPhone 3GS on 4.2.1 it Tethered jailbreak. So everytime you turn off / restart the iPhone you have to reconnect to computer and rerun redsnow and choose tethered boot. Cydia will not be White. Once it update have to do it again. Once you use ultrasnow have to do it again. Than ever more for now if phone ever go off. In fact once you install ultrasnow if the phone go off. It won't come back on until you connect it to redsnow and do a teetered boot
