how to transfer new app from itunes without losing app in my iphone
i tried transfer purchase but it say authorise this computer
after authorise this computer and again i try transfer purchase it say same thing authorise this computer

Other than Itools you can use i-funbox to backup ipas.

click on any user application and backup ipa. can be used to install and backup all ipas.

i-FunBox | File Manager, Browser, Explorer, Transfer Tool for iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch via USB

I use iTools and is the best program but in iphone 4 ios 5.0.1 must apps not working, why?
