use 4.3.1 official firmware and jb with redsnow rc9 and cydia is ok.

Sir if you want to jailbreak your iPhone on iOS 4.3.1 you can use redsn0w o.9.6rc12 but i would recommend using sn0wbreeze 2.5.1 to jailbreak your iPhone on windows, no such problem would occur !
