Have you checked with tinyumbrella if you have the shsh files for version 5.1.1?

If you checked and it did not show you any 5.1.1 shsh, its not possible.

If yes, just use redsn0w to restore to that version by signing the firmware.

Yes, it's not possible for iPhone 4s, even with SHSH . Please, use search button, and you'll get all answers
