same pb i think it's a baseband problem

Delet your hosts file and disable your anti virus your problem will go.

Brother,
Try to restore ios 5.0.1 if coming same error then change Battery woking 100%.

perfect solution was already posted

u have to update to 5.0.1 and be sure that host is set to apple server not cydia server

try restore 5.0.1 no bb , it's baseband chip ^problems
no imei no wifi after restore ,
rehot baseband chip infineon and it works again

error -1 sorted guys all u have to do in host file in etc u have to delete last 2 line
