I Want To Install ''FRING'' On It.And I Have One Apple ID
But When I Go ''App Store'' And Try To Install ''FRING'' On My Phone It Show

''Update Repuired''
This app requires iOS 4.0.

Now My Question Is

1.Where Is The Best Palace For Download iOS 4.0. ?
With iTunes Or Other ?? Because I Have Slow Internet Speed ( Download With Resume Support Is Best For Me ) And I Want To Use This iOS In Future. Is It Possible ??

2.''FRING'' Is A Free App,Do I Need To Jailbreak My Phone For Install It ?? If Yes Then How To Know My Phone Is Already Jailbreakd Or Not ?

3. Can I Use Latest iOS 5.1. For My 3GS.
