dude you have same problem as i am.i think you have damaged imei,bluetooth adress or the wifi adress.in any cases you can contact me on my yahoo adress cu'z it's a very complicated method to revive it.

brother if u are on OS 3.0 u can use redsnow 0.7 but if u are using higher version of iphone use 0.8
But u can only jail break not unlock
