Update your Iphone to the latest Version...

3194 Error happens when you update your iOS Device to the lowest version...

I suggest dismantling the phone and disconnecting the battery. Keep it disconnected for an hour. After that try to restore to custom 4.1

well it not one phone I have 6 different phone and one i pod 3rd gen for restore on which I only need upgrade even that said 3194 error
