complete the details or info of your 4s...tell if its factory unlock or not...tell the history brother of your phone thats why we can help you easily.

yes my phone factory unlock have version 5.0.1 and basband 1.0.13
and sametimes have network normal after time network go and have no service

try to flash with the lates firware 6.0.1
check if the phone is stolen,blocked or something like this
If not check hardware

1st check if there is imei display in setting..if no imei display don't make software update.possible after that your phone stuck in DFU mode..
