Not currently available, await dev team update!

If you have saved your SHSH blobs (ECID SHSH) files then you can downgrade to 3.1.3 and jailbreak.

Okay, how can i install cydia on 3gs ios 4.0 so that i can unlock it?

Yes same here i also have 3gs (new bootrom) with this same problem i cant activate phone and unlock it...Members pls help me do it...
