I-Phone 3G without WLAN (Crash)

Hi
my 2 year old I-Phone don´t work since 9 month without WIFI. I think Hardware Problem, like many other I-Phone user´s. I see all WLAN-Connections, but no IP Adress. I can´t connect with WLAN.
Before, I jailbreak and unlock to Verison 3.0, because I dont phone with swisscom -> I call with sunrise.
I go to internet with sunrise flat rate 250MB. (WLAN not work)

Now I I restore iPhone1,2_4.2.1_8C148_Restore.ipsw. then I jailbreak with redsn0w_win_0.9.6b5
All is OK, wonderful, New Software 4.2.1, and from I-Pad the Baseband 6.15.00....but I can´t phone, and I can´t install repo666ultrasnow.
Now I see "Unlock 06.15 without wifi by ***********.np", unzip, start unlock.bat.....a black DOS windows show me: ...No error...CFRunLoop...Waiting for iphone.
I shut down my I-Phone and restart

Nothing happened...

What made I wrong???
Easy Steps :
1. Open Redsn0w 0.9.6b5.
2. Browsing & select 4.1 or 4.2 firmware
3. The new message box will pop up so click YES
4. Click next
5. Check on INSTALL CYDIA and INSTALL IPAD BASEBAND
6. Again new message box will pop up so click YES
7. Click next
8. Follow introduction for DFU
9.JailbreakDone !
10.Extract Unlock 06.15 Without wifiand open Unlock.bat
11. Reboot Device
12. Unlock Done !

Without Wifi
go to cydia and search ultrasn0w and install it.

How can I go to cydia??? Cydia say me NO INTERNET CONNECTION!!!

If you have original carrier valid SIM card...

Did you try to Google iPhone wifi fix?
