Iphone 4s restore problme please help

I try 2 pices of iphone 4s with itune
both are same while i try to update i change cable or reinstall itunes with latest version but problem still same
what to do please help me
restore bar always stuck there and no show any of error
1st phone come with wifi grayed out problem and 2nd one is my own
and i just do backup and install 8.3 because phone show call failed some time

Custom firmware update fail You have to restore the device with a custom firmware.
Update to a custom firmware isn't working. Device isn't bootable. 2
USB Problem. Check the USB connection and try other direct ports or maybe the USB cable is an older one. Device isn't bootable.

Okey i'll try with iso
download with itune

Check your time and date for iphone make sure its correct, if not, fix it and restart iphone it will work. If its working you have to change/rework the wifi IC (Grey IC).
