brother use ios 6.1.2 if same then change your host file address

uesd other pc then try.. if dosent work then used only window xp i hope your problem is solve

Try to restore it by entering in DFU mode. Check this link for the process: Put iPhone in DFU Mode Enter DFU mode on iPad iPod Touch for Jailbreak

try a different pc.. it usually solves most problems. dont know why itunes is so picky when it comes to restoring..

cut hosts file from c:windos/system32/driver/etc and paste on desktop.then try again with itunes

Error 3194

Occurs when trying to install an old firmware and Apple's server disallows the installation. The only solution is to have SHSH backup and modify the hosts file to point to Saurik's Cydia server where they are backed up (or localhost if you have it yourself).

all gsm brothers i try all solutions which you sent but it didnt work. i restore online this phone after then phone went to this mode.i try in dfu mode and when i try to restore on custom file its showing error 1601. needed hlep

Have you tried entering in DFU mode using iREB?

same problem facing me also with my iphone 3g not restoring and showing recovery mode i have done all procedure shown in forum for error then also same no result its softwear problem i know but dont know the trick how to solve this issue pls help any iphone expert how to solve this problem waiting for solution ???
