icloud bypass iphone4

i have tried this but now no icloud no gsm no wifi

if i try to use again SSH server phone auto turn on off in DFU mode

so i cant try to fix iPhone 4 Carrier Fix as phone turn on off

any idea how to fix this

thanks, i followed these instruction exactly and with success. however when i connect to iTunes the Activation lock is still there requiring the apple id used to setup the phone. i cannot use the phone to download music. the instructions above only bypasses the setup and go directly to home. it does not bypass or remove icloud activation lock
