theres an option to change baseband on iphone 4? att UNLOCKED - GSM-Forum

Hi
my AT&T iphone 4 before 1 mounth was on iOS 4.1 BB 01.59.00
worked WITHOUT turbo sim
now I made FACTORY UNLOCK of that iphone 4 ATT MODEL
made restore, after the RESTORE doesn't let me to activate,
also when I UPGRADE to 6.1.3 the BB stay on 04.12.05
and when I DOWNGADE the BB stay same to on 04.12.05 with iOS 4.3.3 and doesn't find signal even after HACKTIVATE on 4.3.3 , say NO SERVICE, even that my iphone is FACTORY UNLOCKED
I think that I need to get rid of dat kind of baseband
theres an option to make it on iphone 4 ?

Now U Have Latest Basband No Downgrade No Gevey SIM No Solution Only Factory Unlock Check You IMEI Statue And May be Your Iphone Never Activated Before On At&t

What is your location ?

If you are in the US then it might just not get signal due to being blacklisted in US .
In such cases, generally, the phones get sold overseas .

Oh, I just checked your location, those US terms which I wrote above may also be valid and active in your country .

You have to un-blacklist it .

And no, you cant downgrade the baseband back to 01.59.00.

thank you for help, im not from US, my iphone isn't BLACK LISTED
he his clean esn
I thinkg its cannot activate on iphone because the baseband is perverse for that 6.1.3, I just want to change the
like in 3GS and ios 6 BB 06.15.00 - that wont let finish activation on iTunes and you need to get rid of that BB with redsnow

theres no option to change BB even got SHSH? :/
