IMEI and ICCID Unknown - GSM-Forum

My phone when press little (i)it showns imei and iccid unknown also computer wont recognize iphohne usb, please suggest possible problem.

Is it battery or motherboard or both and can it be fixed and how?
cost if possible?

try to change pc or eject usb iphone cable and restart pc when pc is on turn on u'r iphone ( press Home Button + Power button ) for 15 seconds and u will se apple logo and connect with pc and again put in DFU mode or Recovery Mode and restore with any version.
Working for me ( recognize usb iphone ) 100%

Thanks mate.

Actually phone got wet , and dosent do much when usb is inserted with PC connection. is it mother board or batery only , wont hold charge reboots again and again until apple logo and goes back.
