installing from cydia got interrupted

i was installing a tweak from cydia, the phone was charging while i was doing this, the power went out and i got a pop up saying that interrupting package installs can cause problems. the item installed and said to respring so i resprung, but the phone rebooted and so i had to go into redsnow and run the "just boot" option, but it does not solve the problem. cydia still does not open and all the apps i have gotten while it was jailbroken no longer work. they just crash. I have tried re jailbreaking the phone, that did not work. and just boot still does not work. anyone have any solutions to this problem?
