No No it's not down just press on home button 2 times and then u'll find the installous icon just press on it and hold press the x so u will close it all and then go to your board and press on Installous again and you can run it normally now.

THERE,S currently a power outage and we are working to restore everything,in the mean time ,browsing and searching will not work
