Question iPhone4 Power Problem who can solve this urgent?

Dear Friends,

I received iphone4 as dead, when i opened & removed battery connection and put it back phone started work fine.. without any problem..

But if i switched off couple of hours then again want to switch ON, it will not power on. untill i removed battery connecton & put it back then only will start working.

some time this will happen (i mean wont power on until remove batery connection & put it back) in couple of days or couple of hours and some time if i switch off and want to switch on in 30 minutes/ an hour. it wont switch on. until i removed & fixed back battery connection again.

1. already restored 3- 4 times with 4.1 version.
2. changed battery
3. Complete PCB fixed in other working unit.

Still same problem occurs.

Thanks in advace for your valuable exprience to share here.

Regards,
NOKIA0077
