It looks like Apple may not longer be providing software updates for the iPhone 3G or iPod Touch 2G.

Today, Apple released iOS 4.3 beta to developers and for the first time did not include an update for the iPhone 3G or iPod Touch 2G.

Users have long complained that iOS 4.x runs too slow on their older devices. It seems that Apple has finally decided that they can handle no more.

Is it will repair my GPS problem after flashing baseband with ipad baseband?
How to jailbreak and unlock this version?

With the newly released 4.3 beta 1, people have been searching rigorously through the code in hopes of finding something new. The scavengers were able to find a new string of code mentioning something called "Find My Friends". It was found in the Settings/Mobile Me area, so it will most likely be joining the likes of popular location-based apps Loopt and Google Latitude.

Wouldn't recommend downloading this for anyone requiring sim unlock as there is none at the moment. Also, you will not be able to jailbraek, so hold your horses for a while until these are released.
