First I restored with 4.1 and downgraded BB same PB I Customized for Both Old and new Boot room but both same I restored with 6.13 and than restored with Customized FW but same.

My 3GS has problem that doesn't work in 3G network when ON 3G It has no signal but work in 2G network I don't it is HW problem or SW ?

Also you can jailbreak and unlock it 6.1.3 use ultrasn0w, here is tutorial
