so i bought an iphone 4s AT&T on ios 7.1 from a friend who bought it from another friend but its locked cuz of the icloud thing and all that so
i bought an r-sim 9pro today as a couple of videos say it can activate and unlock the iphone 4s. so is it true that you can activate it with the rsim 9 pro?

r-sim is valid only if your iphone is activate. you can not activate iphone r-sim is only for unlock

with at&t sim card and after use r-sim

It's iCloud locked you are **** out of luck. No solution to fix your 4S
