I think you should also add a warning to Unofficial unlocked iphone owners to not to upgrade until an unlock is available.

Error 13 means you are not using a Mac. These are developer-only releases and can be installed on a Mac only. Also, the UDID (device ID) must be registered by Apple as a developer device (another paying developer might do that for you or there are workarounds).

Wrong official release will be in 21st June.

Must be installed using iTunes 9.2 (Mac). Previous iTunes versions will not activate your product.

I've installed it with and also without dev login and worked 100% for me on a iPhone 3G and 3GS.

iOS4 update will be available for everybody and for free on June 21st. In any case posted images are "Gold Master" and 99% will be the same released on 21st ;-)

You dont need udid registration for this version.
if you have mac everybody can install it
