after updating to ios7 on my iphone4 realized loudspeaker not so loud again phone slows down sometimes and screen rotation not work all the time

i revert to 6.13 and all work fine update back to 7 same issue again

How did you downgrade to 6.1.3 ???????

if you did dongrade may be your other apps not work proprely

6.13 was still being signed at the moment
