I have iPad 2 with fw 4.3.5 and now i would upgrade 5.0.1 version because this version is good for jailbreak. Please wait your answer, thanks.

Now Apple sings only for 5.1 ....restore to 5.0.1 only if you have shsh backup

There is no JB for ipad 2 iOS 5.1 at this moment, only rumors.
