Iphone 3G 4.2.1 No ICCID - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have a Iphone 3G 8GB and just JB and updated BB to 6,15 and from now on dont read the SIM card, it says all the time "NO SIM" i have tried to downgrade to 4.1 with custom ipsw with bb 6.15 but still no luck,
when i go to general settings, about I can see all apart the ICCID so I assume that the problem is the Baseband what i have, unfortunatelly im on 6.4 Bootloader so i cant downgrade the BB,mabey someone have any idea what to do with it,
