phone comes in itunes mode,
try to restore with 4.1 & 4.2.1 ver always show error 23
try to restore online failed also....

try to restor custom 4.1 or 4.2.1 just simply dfu mode using redsnow brows 4.1 or 4.2.1 post result hope fully your job wiil done

where i can get custom firmware ?
i restore with : iPhone1,2_4.1_8B117_Restore.ipsw file

i've been using redsnow (using restore file not custom), install cydia, and now can go to menus (ver still 4.1)
but a few minutes restart....

well you must install the basband to 06.15 and you must have 4.2.1 the lates version 4.2.1 and donwgrade it with Sn0wBreez to 3.1.3 and use redsn0w to jailbreak and to unlock use UltraSn0W should be fine everything my freind

its a hardware problem try to replace memory 100% ok..... tested many times ..

error 23 = hardware.

language in russian, i don't understand
how can i restore ver ? with itunes or redsnow ?

i just try to restore with itunes, but show error 20000 now

please someone tell me how to restore this iphone 3G...
position now : can go to menus (like normaly) but every 5 minutes restart...., ver.4.1 but not show modem ver.
