iphone 3g stuck on apple logo - GSM-Forum

hi all ive got a iphone 3g 8g and its stuck on the black screen with the apple logo in the centre ........ and doesnt connect to the computer ??? ive taken the screen off and disconnected the battery and tried again but still the same ive left it chargining on the iphone dock and still stuck on same screen and still no connection , ive try holing power button and home button ive tried holding home button on its own and also the power button on its own ???? all still with same result .......... any idea appreciated cheers

how u did that exactly?
u sure it's Apple not Chinese copy?
search for i phone recovery instruction on Google and u will get many guides show u how

defo aniphone mate lol ........ and have googled it to death there are several solutions but they either involve home and power buttons which have tryed or being able to turn it off or connecting it to itunes which i cant do

Connect phone in recovery mode and restore with itunes, this will work for shure, but after that you need to unlock phone
