What Baseband?
Do you have screenshot of About page.

Does it show IMEI, BLUETOOTH, WIFI?

Maybe Blue tooth ic is damage, Baseband corupted, Check baseband and bluetooth information if present. if no ID it means the baseband ic is damage

Usually restart automatically after 2-3mins of turning on is caused by baseband ic as identified also by Makasa.

Do you get proper signals after porting ultrasnow. Does wifi work?

update it to 5.1 and flash ipad base band ,but check it first if it is safe to flash base band, then install ultrasn0w,if signal problem add this to the source repo.iparelhos.com after successfully add, go to search and search fo ultrasn0w fixer then install it
