i have iphone 3gs 3.1 05.11.07 can i jailbreak this...cause it can only be updated to 4.0 and that version can not be unlocked ?? any solution for this version ???

yes use spirit to jb and ultasn0w to unlock it

yes you can do it just use blackrain to jailbreak the phone then install cydia
and unlock using ultrasn0w
