This thread is for those who where having problem with their iphone 3gs updated to 4.0 heres a better solution

even you were in 4.0 ver you could still downgrade it to 3.1.3 after you've manage to downgrade it you can now unlock it usings this tools


iTunes 9.2

you will now encounter error in itunes just ignore it & close itune then open ireb

to jailbreak iphone 3gs with spirit software u need an original sim card inside?

Impossible...no way to restore firmware 3.1.3, from now you can restore 4.0 fw only.

did you follow my instructions carefully???

To all who would like to downgrade back from 4.0 to 3.1.3
make sure you have previous back up of your shsh 3.1.3 before
and already uploaded in saurik server.

Because if you don't back up before when it was 3.1.3 then your sorry
for downgrading from os4 to 3.1.3



This method is tested if you have shsh back up uploaded in saurik server.

Only firmware version can be downgraded,
as usual your bb is 5.13.04 but don't worry still supported in unlocking.

Also make sure you have your carrier sim to activate the downgrade 3.1.3

then jailbreak in spirit.

install itunes 9.1 and try to restore again 3.1.3 sw

I beg to disagree my frien i've never backup my shsh 3.1.3 to saurik server whats the use of it if we can unlock the baseband 5.13
see the logic here is that we can unlock all BB MF up to 3.1.3

how can i upload it on saurik server ?????
