4S activation problem


This was a factory unlocked iphone working well . Customer used it perfectly for over 2 months, after update to 5.01 getting following error :

The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported. Only compatible SIM cards from a supported carrier may be used to activate iPhone. Please insert the SIM card that came with your iPhone or visit a supported carrier store."

Problem is where i am there is no apple store and wrote them an email but no response. Anyone faced the same problem?

Modem Firmware 1.0.13

it activated with the AT&T card but before upgrade to 5.01 was working with local sim cards. 100% unlocked before the upgrade
