Iphone 3GS 4.1 locked and need to reset Passcode without restore - GSM-Forum

Hello there.
I have IPhone 3GS that is locked with a pass code that my client cant remember it.
The info inside the IPhone is very important to him so that mean restore is not an option.
This device has Cydia installed.
I saw some post that says about that i need to get a file that is ram disc that can erase some part of the spring board or erase the pass code part.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

use ifunbox, then click var/keychain, and delete keychain....

not possible have only to restore ...........

simple create a custom firmware and restore then jailbreak and unlock with redsnow

no solution..only restore..the data will erase.
