Iphone 3gs 4.1 stuck at apple logo

Customer came to me with unlocked Iphone that I did few days ago with Ipad Baseband. For changing earpiece. After changing that I phone has weak network. After searching in forum for weak network. Iphone dosent power completely anymore. It stuck in apple logo and after few minutes keeps restating. One strange thing is that when you connect to pc. It recognize Iphone like the fully power It can read version syncing and every operations like a normal Iphone.

Any Idea

use "just boot tethered right now" fonction in redsn0w, jailbreak for 4.1 and 4.2.1 is tethered, so do not reboot or put off phone

I tried several times to restore custom. It finishes custom all ok. But again It Stuck in apple logo. I said once again computer recognize Iphone as in normal state. Also I tried to make "just boot tethered". Same results. Also tried with restore and after that booting from recovery mode with limerain. All this tries lead me to the same situation.
