Iphone 3gs 4.2.1 baseband 06.15.00 restarting every few hours

I have been running my jailbroken/unlocked Iphone 3gs no problem since November but the past month it has been restarting every few hours and if I am not at home to restart it I am left without a phone since I am on a tethered jailbreak.

Any ideas what is happening or how it can be fixed?
