To resolve iTunes error 3194 and be able to upgrade your device to the stock iOS 4.3.3 or a custom iOS 4.3.3, Do these steps: 1.Download TinyUmbrella for windows or TinyUmbrella for mac. 2.Launch TinyUmbrella and select “Advanced” then uncheck “Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit” option. 3.Click on “Start TSS Server”. 4.Now you should see Green Check Mark + “TinyUmbrella’s TSS server is running” . 5.Now Connect your iDevice to the computer and launch iTunes while keeping Tiny Umbrella Running. 6.Hold the Shift Key and Click on Restore in iTunes and browse for the IPSW file, Now you should not face the 3194 error. After 10 seconds, release the Power button but keep holding the Home button until iTunes detects your iPhone into DFU mode. Do not close iTunes. Let it run in the background. 5.Launch fixrecovery43.exe and just wait for it get your iPhone out of recovery mode.Make sure you have an active internet connection because fix recovery will be needing to fetch DFU and firmware image from Apple servers. When you see Exiting libpois0n in terminal window, you can disconnect your iPhone from your computer. Rest of the procedure will done on your iPhone. This process should not take more than 2 minutes.
