iPhone 3GS dead after BlackRa1n... - GSM-Forum

Hi there.
Maybe someone can help me with 2 pieces of iP 3GS 16Gb.
Nominal FW was 3.1.2,both locked on unidentified Operator (O2 or T-Mobile UK - i dont have original operator SIM cards...)
After "make it rain" iPhone starts, then "slide to activate" and everything was right. After reboot all i saw that was iTunes icon. I connected iP to PC, iTunes saw my Iphone in recovery mode. I deicided to use "Blackrain" once again and after "make it rain" iPhone turns off permanently.
Now i can see nothing on screen, iTunes says that iPhone is in recovery mode, but every try of FW update is endin with "error 3194".

I try to reboot my PC, try other FW (3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.0), charging (if battery isnt full) and no results.
IPhone screen stays black whatever i do, i hear only signal on my PC when connecting to USB...

Any solutions?

PC with WindowsXP, iTunes 9.2

ur fon is not dead is in DFU mode and it cant come back till u restore to v4.1

i got same problem but solve by restore to 4.1.

i try to jump off the DFU with RecBoot with no results.

You wrote FW 4.1 - i didnt try jet...4.0.1 maybe?

Even try to restore without "shift" - from iTunes server (suggested by iTunes) failed. Error 3194

brother .... blackra1n not open in use itunes 9.2 i think ur itunes ver 9.0.2 . u restore with 4.0.1 ver. n activate with original / activation sim . then jailbreak & unlock with wifi. ( u use new itunes ver 9.2)

i use iTunes ver 9.2.1.5.

I'll try with FW 4.0.1 tomorrow, and give feedback.
