Iphone 3GS does not recieve calls - GSM-Forum

This is a strange one, got an iphone that just been jailbroken and unlock by using redsnow. And it can make calls but very seldom receive calls. Tried to reset network and havent work. Going to try and reflash it now. But have anyone else experience that problem?

close 3G and Try Try another simcard with another operator

will try that at other shop on Monday thanx, (in this place limited what can try) :-(. Also cant flash it cause does not have SHSH backup. So if go to 4.2.1 it will be untetered.

what u mean by receiving call for what? u have to explain more about ur problem

1. ur call no incoming? OR incoming is ok but >
2. my touch pad not work when incoming

when someone call the number of the sim in that handset it go straight to answerphone. Put the sim in a different iphone that not been jailbroken and is in fact on original apple firmware and unlocked offically, the phone rings. Put the sim from the other iphone to the jailbroken handset and again no calls come in. Problem both are on the same network. So cant test to see if network problem or what not. Will try a different network sim on Monday like Ahmed suggested. Was going to flash it with 4.1 custom firmware but since it doesnt have SHSH cant restore to that firmware. If I flash with 4.2.1 than get the problem that phone cant be turn off without causing problems.
