Thats easy, just take the whole front assembly of (touch screen and lcd) then remove the lcd chassis. Dry the lcd off (very carefully) and the inside of the glass, then leave it all, including the main part of the phone (the bit with the logic board in it)somewhere warm (like an airing cupboard) for a couple of days, then reassemble.
Alternatively, put all the pieces in a bag of rice for a day or two, then reassemble.

a fish named iPhone

will tell you the best way to rescue your iphone..

you must clean your pcb with isopropanol (90% Alcohol). Under the schield from pcb is in most case water too. This isopropanol will bring the water away. Otherwise you will have in a couple of weeks corrosion on your pcb, and your Phone will work no more. With your Display..i.e. touch .. best way to change it. Is not so expensive.

i bought so much waterdamaged iPhones. The old owner dryed it with rice or warm air. Worked for 2-3 weeks, and than booom. No power,no network, no voice from speaker. Then they sell it..
A good bath for 24h in isopropanol and good brushing will take away in most cases the corroison. A Voila. Phone runs again.
