I don't why each and every one just post they got error 3194.Couldn't downgrade 3gs and so on problems.
Here's the complete guide for them.

If your iphone is in normal mode but not working properly then

Just back up your iphone.
Restore your iphone to custom firmware ios 4.3.3(here'z the method)
Unlock your iphone with this method

If your iphone is not in normal mode is in either recovery mode or dfu mode

Restore your iphone to custom firmware ios 4.3.3
Unlock your iphone with this method

If you get 3194 error see this
If you get error 24 than you have battery problem
For other problems report here.
Jailbreak, Unlock, Install apps,etc... in Iphone..

i try this method after that its stuck at dfu mode!!! can you answer why its happen!
