iphone 3gs error (-1) - GSM-Forum

Hi i got a probleme with a iphone 3gs 5.0.1, in first the phone doesnt want to

start, was blocked to usb cable in recovery mode i try to restore it but i got

error (-1), after i tried a jailbreak with sn0wbreeze-v2.8b11, its turn on again

asking me for language and everything, went to menu and then turn itself off,

and block to apple, i turn on again with ibooty work for 10 sec and then turn

off, any solution to make it work thanks for your help

First to see if your iPhone 3GS is not bricked is to downgrade it to 4.1

then use TinyUmbrella to kick it from recovery mode, then press *#06# and see if you have IMEI if there is no IMEI that mean is bricked!

By the way check how many gigabytes of memory you have on your iphone 3GS?

Hi its look like its battery probleme, i try another battery and now doesnt turn off, but wifi dosnt work and no network, how can i do to resolve this, otherwise can i come back to 4.1 like mymiela0419 said thank you

u have baseband problem its hardware problem end of story
