trying to update restore iphone 3gs to 5.1.1 but keep getting error 21 try dfu mood still get error

same problem with my 3gs 8Gb ............cell is stuck in dfu mood ........while restoring is give error 21.

how to solve tis problem..
me is 4g nw...T_T

error comes in which time of restore? in start to restore or at the end of restore,bcoz its hardware problem but sometimes nand flash problem & sometimes serial flash ic problem,so confirm first.but don't forget to try latest version direct online from itunes.
