Iphone 3gs flashing error -1 - GSM-Forum

Hi, I was trying to restore brand new 3gs from Sweden, yes with new sn and installed the ipad baseband too, but after that phone set became recovery mode. When I try to restore with any version shows flashed 100% but at the end show error (-1). Changed the pc got the new itunes but same thning. Any idea how to fix this up?

Well its a brand new phone, was using before I installed ipad baseband. Battery was fine.
