I Restored 3gs with ios 6.1.2 and now phone just searching and no service how to fix the problem? as you can see for was factory unlocked

i managed no service by downgrade base band from 6.15 to 5.xxx

i spent five 05 days to repair single unit of 3 gs with base band 6.15 having no signals after flashing 6.12.

problem solved by(follow me) use red snow9(redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3) or ireb 6 to put into dfu mode
1. update it again using tune to iPhone2_1_6.1.2_10B146_Restore.
2. after flashing /update is complete.open red snow .in Extra "Select IPSW" option of red snow And open/select (iPhone2,1_6.0_10A403_Restore.ipsw)
Press Back Button Press Jailbreak Wait until all process is completed and then In Option just mark to downgrade base band instead of updating it.
go next wait until complete.
3.after base band downgrade is completed then activate it.to activate it you donotneed to have any sim inside .just follow the option /instructions like select language/country etc until you reach at spring board.
4.once it is activated ,now you need to jailbreak it using evasi0n-win-1.4-91fc5a30e4caf41b22e85427e1b3b738f5158d8e-release.
5.after jail break use DiskAid_ and the select root then var then root then media and make folder Cydia .in folder cydia make folder AutoInstall and then three files ultrasn0w_1.2.8_iphoneos-arm.deb
com.saurik.substrate.safemode_0.9.3999.6_iphoneos-arm.deb
mobilesubstrate_0.9.3999.6_iphoneos-arm.deb.
download them from

and reboot two time.
insert sim and enjoy.....

after that downgrade also ipad baseband 5.13 and restore again to 6.1.2

flash the baseband ipad if your iphone 3gs support this change
the problem its when you update 6.1.2 the basedabnd 6.15 fail
then reflash de baseband ipad for full signal
