Iphone 3GS no service when turn off 3G mode - GSM-Forum

My iphone has FW is 4.2.1 custom baseband 06.15.00. It no service when I turn off 3G Mode. I tried restore FW but not ok. Can you help me fix this proplem

change pa 2g test by me 100%

try to downgrade it to 4.1 i tried before it works...
