HELLO EVERYONE

can someone tell me what could be the possible reasons if the wifi of a phone is disabled?

In settings the wifi option is grey and I can't click on it.
seems to be a hardware problem
what problem could it be?

Make sure the ad******* are OK.
Buetooth.
WI-FI
IMEI Number

if it is all blank with no information. your BB will be damaged

The phone firmare version is 4.1(8B117)
Baseband 5.14.04
Is jailbroken and accepts all sim
how can i KNow if is factory unlocked or normal unlock
I want to restore the firmware to see if the wifi will work again ,how can i do it without updating the baseband?

whyi had same problem with 3g and ipad Bb ... wifi is greyed out and sometimes it comes but no wifi is found . i really think it was hardware problem but i never flashed ipad BB again . few ppl told me its hardware problem .
